Lemur Tango Games Ltd ("we", "us") operates lemurtango.com and develops the game Sheepscape. This policy explains what personal data we handle and why.

What we collect

If you contact us (by email): your name, email address, and the contents of your message - so we can reply and provide support.
Website usage: this website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and does not track you across the web.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Why we hold it (lawful basis)

We process your data under our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR): specifically, responding to your enquiries, providing support, and operating and improving the website.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers that help us run the site and respond to you (for example, our email and hosting providers), and only as needed. We do not sell or rent personal data.

We use Google (Gmail) to receive the emails you send us, so your personal data may be processed outside the UK, including in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards: for example the UK's adequacy regulations for the European Economic Area, the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.
